Ask CharleneRegular home cleaning starts from £26 per cleaner-hour, with a minimum booking of three cleaner-hours. One-off and deep cleaning are priced at a higher hourly rate because they normally require more detailed work.
One cleaner-hour means one cleaner working for one hour. For example, two cleaners working for three hours equals six cleaner-hours.
These services are normally quoted at a fixed property price based on size, condition, scope, access and the required completion deadline.
Photographs or a property assessment may be requested before the quotation is confirmed.
The exact work depends on the service selected and the scope agreed before booking. Your quotation or booking confirmation will identify what is included.
Specialist services such as carpet cleaning, upholstery, internal appliances or external windows are not automatically included unless specifically agreed.
Product and equipment arrangements are confirmed before the booking. Please tell us about delicate surfaces, allergies, pets or products that should not be used in the property.
